The Board of Directors of Shih Chien University has appointed Dr. Jeou-Shyan Horng as the President of the University. This appointment has been approved by the Ministry of Education via letter No. 1140125863 dated December 10, 2025. Dr. Hung will assume office on February 1, 2026.
