In light of the recent random assault incident that occurred on the Taipei Metro on Friday, December 19, students are advised to remain vigilant and aware of their surroundings during the holiday period. In the event of any emergency, please respond promptly and appropriately to ensure your personal safety.
Please exercise caution when making statements online. Avoid posting content impulsively or as a joke that may cause public concern or social unrest, so as not to violate the law and incur penalties.
