一、依據114年12月19日行政會議修正通過之「業務分層明細表」,進行新增發文系統核決權限設定功能。
二、設定方式及主管簽核功能如附件說明。
三、系統操作如有問題,歡迎與文書組聯繫,感恩配合。 I. In accordance with the "Table of Delegated Authorities" amended and approved during the Administrative Meeting on December 19, 2025, the new authorization settings for the official document dispatch system have been implemented.
II. Please refer to the attached documentation for detailed instructions on the setup process and the supervisor approval functions.
