各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為確保校園環境安全與設施完善，總務處營繕組將於校區及宿舍區進行施工作業，敬請各位師生配合相關安排，以維護施工期間之安全與順利。
一、施工日期：114年12月26日至115年2月28日
二、施工時間：上午08:00~12:00，下午13:30~17:30
三、施工地點：校區及宿舍區
為避免影響師生正常作息及安全，請注意以下事項：
1. 施工檢查時會有噪音，敬請見諒。
2. 施工期間非工程人員請勿進入工程管制範圍，以免發生危險。
3. 消防安全設備檢測時，廠商須進入室內（如寢室、研究小間、教室、實驗室等），請師生配合。若不便進入研究室需配合者，請老師e-mail或來電告知適當日期及時間，無反應者視同許可進入施工。

**Notice Regarding Campus Construction Works**
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To ensure the safety and integrity of our campus environment and facilities, the Construction Section of the General Affairs Office will be carrying out construction works in both the campus and dormitory areas. We kindly request your cooperation with the following arrangements to ensure safety and smooth progress during the construction period.
**1. Construction Period:** December 26, 2025, to February 28, 2026
**2. Construction Hours:** 08:00–12:00 (morning), 13:30–17:30 (afternoon)
**3. Construction Locations:** Campus and Dormitory Areas
To minimize disruption to your daily routines and ensure safety, please take note of the following:
1. Noise may occur during construction inspections; your understanding is appreciated.
2. Non-construction personnel are strictly prohibited from entering construction zones to avoid potential hazards.
3. During fire safety equipment inspections, contractors will need access to indoor spaces (such as dormitories, research rooms, classrooms, and laboratories). Please cooperate accordingly. If access to a research room is inconvenient for you, kindly inform your supervisor via email or phone call to arrange a suitable date and time. Failure to respond will be considered as consent for contractors to enter for construction purposes.
