本研習課程旨在強化職輔人員及導師職涯輔導知能,透過「生涯諮詢的架構精神學習與易經結合」協助職涯輔導人員與導師更有效地支持學生進行職涯探索及職涯規劃。

This workshop is designed to enhance the career counseling competencies of professional counselors and advisors. By integrating the principles of career counseling with the philosophy of the I Ching (易經), this course aims to equip career counselors and advisors with more effective strategies to support students in career exploration and planning.

Experience: Adjunct Assistant Professor, National Defense University

To assist advisors in learning how to establish appropriate helping relationships during career counseling sessions, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of student career guidance.
