一、課程緣起
本研習課程旨在強化職輔人員及導師職涯輔導知能，透過「生涯諮詢的架構精神學習與易經結合」協助職涯輔導人員與導師更有效地支持學生進行職涯探索及職涯規劃。

學 歷：輔仁大學博士
經 歷：國防大學 兼任助理教授

I. Course Background
This workshop is designed to enhance the career counseling competencies of professional counselors and advisors. By integrating the principles of career counseling with the philosophy of the I Ching (易經), this course aims to equip career counselors and advisors with more effective strategies to support students in career exploration and planning.

Current Position: Career Development Consultant, Ferry Life School
Education: Ph.D., Fu Jen Catholic University
Experience: Adjunct Assistant Professor, National Defense University
Specializations: Career Planning, Career Exploration, Psychological Counseling and Therapy, Workplace Wellness, Organizational Storytelling, Taoist Philosophy in Career Development, Organizational Culture, Group Counseling and Guidance, Emotional Management and Stress Adaptation, Marriage and Family, Gender and Relationship Education.
