各位老師,您好：
為協助您順利規劃下學期課程，並確保教學資源充足，圖書館誠摯邀請您於規劃課程內容時，同步推薦預計使用的課程用書。藉此，圖書館得以提早進行查核與採購作業，確保課程所需圖書能及時入館。
經老師推薦並完成採購之圖書，入館後您可借閱作為備課參考；課程開始後，學生亦可透過圖書館借閱使用，促進教學與學習資源之共享。
敬請注意下列事項：
1. 圖書採購作業約需 30–90 天（視書籍語文別而定），建議老師提早推薦所需圖書。
2. 若希望修課學生於圖書館使用課程用書，歡迎於確認館藏後申請設為「指定參考書」。完成設定後，書籍將集中於指定書區，提供館內閱讀或短時外借（3 小時），協助學生穩定取得課程所需資源。

Dear Faculty Members,
To assist you in planning your courses for the upcoming semester and to ensure the availability of teaching resources, the Library sincerely invites you to recommend textbooks that you intend to use when designing your course content. This will enable the Library to conduct preliminary checks and initiate procurement procedures in advance, ensuring that required books are available in the library on time.
Books recommended by faculty members and successfully procured will be prioritized for faculty borrowing as reference materials for lesson preparation. Once the course begins, students will also be able to borrow these books from the library, promoting the sharing of teaching and learning resources.
To ensure smooth operations, please note the following:
1. The book procurement process typically takes 30–90 days (depending on the language of the book). We recommend that you submit your book recommendations well in advance.
2. If you wish for your students to use the course textbooks in the library, you may apply to designate them as "Reserved Reference Books" after confirming their availability. Once designated, these books will be centralized in a specific section for in-library reading or short-term borrowing (up to 3 hours), helping students consistently access the required course materials.
