同學您好：
為鼓勵本校學生拓展學術視野，增進國內交流經驗，依據“慈濟大學國內交換生實施要點”辦理國內交換生申請事宜。
一、申請日期自即日起至2026年3月20日17:00止，逾期恕不受理。
二、交換名額及學校：各校至多10名
1.泛太平洋大學聯盟─佛光大學、國立宜蘭大學、國立東華大學、國立台東大學、國立臺灣海洋大學
2.國立中山大學
3.國立中正大學
4.國立清華大學
三、申請資格及限制如下：
1.本校在學學生自修業第二學期起提出申請。
2.申請期限最長為一學年。
3.曾為國內或境外交換生者，不得再為申請。
四、申請應備資料如下：
1.本校國內交換生申請表（含家長或監護人同意書，碩博生免附）。
2.歷年學業成績單（含排名與百分比）正本。
3.修課計劃書一份（含讀書計畫、預計修習科目原因，以不超過3頁A4為原則）。
4.其他能說明申請者優異性之相關資料（如作品檔案或參賽獲獎證明等）。
五、申請流程與日程如下：
1.本校受理學生申請（含系所審查）：即日起至115年3月20日（五）。
2.本校辦理國內交換生甄審事宜：115年4月1日（三）起至4月24日（五）。
3.薦送名單至合作學校：115年4月30日（四）前。
4.合作學校函知審核結果：115年5月29日（五）前。
5.各校公告合作學校審核結果：115年6月中旬。
6.學生於本校完成註冊與繳費，並依據合作學校規定報到：115年9月（第1學期）及116年2月（第2學期）。

Dear Students,
To encourage students of our university to broaden their academic horizons and gain valuable domestic exchange experience, the application process for domestic exchange programs will be conducted in accordance with the “Regulations for Domestic Exchange Programs at Tzu Chi University.”
**1. Application Period:**
Applications will be accepted from the date of this announcement until 17:00 on March 20, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
**2. Exchange Quotas and Partner Universities:**
Each university may nominate up to 10 students.
1. Pacific Rim University Alliance: Fo Guang University, National Yilan University, National Dong Hwa University, National Taitung University, National Taiwan Ocean University.
2. National Sun Yat-sen University.
3. National Chung Cheng University.
4. National Tsing Hua University.
**3. Eligibility and Restrictions:**
1. Applications must be submitted by students who have completed at least their second semester of study at Tzu Chi University.
2. The maximum duration of the exchange program is one academic year.
3. Students who have previously participated in domestic or international exchange programs are not eligible to apply.
**4. Required Application Documents:**
1. Application Form for Domestic Exchange Program at Tzu Chi University (including a consent form from parent or legal guardian; graduate students are exempt from this requirement).
2. Original academic transcripts (including class ranking and percentile).
3. A course plan (including a study plan and reasons for selecting anticipated courses; limited to no more than three A4 pages).
4. Any other supporting documents that demonstrate the applicant's excellence (such as portfolios or award certificates).
**5. Application Process and Timeline:**
1. Acceptance of student applications (including departmental review): From the date of this announcement until March 20, 2026 (Friday).
2. Domestic exchange program selection process at Tzu Chi University: From April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) to April 24, 2026 (Friday).
3. Submission of recommended candidates to partner universities: Before April 30, 2026 (Thursday).
4. Notification of selection results by partner universities: Before May 29, 2026 (Friday).
5. Announcement of selection results by partner universities: Mid-June 2026.
6. Registration and payment at Tzu Chi University, followed by enrollment at the partner university according to its regulations: September 2026 (First Semester) and February 2027 (Second Semester).
