一、學期以逐漸步入尾聲，寒假即將來臨，為讓校園及教室有一個乾淨空間，請各班同學
完成「期末教室清潔大掃除」。
二、期末教室清潔大掃除應注意事項：
(一)打掃期間：115年1月9日(週五)前完成，請各班自訂時間。
(二)打掃重點：
1.教室空間雜物清空，暑假教室提供營隊及各項活動使用，未清空物品將按資源回收
物處理。
2.一樓窗戶必須擦乾淨。
3.講台、桌椅擦拭乾淨及排放整齊。
4.黑板及板溝必須擦拭清潔。
5.地面必須掃淨及拖地。
(三)檢查應注意事項：
打掃後該班服務幹事拍下期末大掃除之打掃前、打掃中、打掃後之照片各一張，
email至生輔組陳秋燕校安(yen0803@gms.tcu.edu.tw )。
三、感恩各位同學共同許教室一個清潔，更感恩各位服務幹事認真執行，也請各班導師及
授課師長共同引領同學：重視教室清潔、用鼓掌雙手落實垃圾減量資源回收。
四、離開教室隨手關閉電源關門窗，共同支持減碳運動，讓地球更美好。
五、再次提醒同學教室務必清空，私人物品請攜回，物品遺失學校不負保管及賠償責任。

**Announcement: End-of-Term Classroom Cleaning Campaign**
As the academic term draws to a close and the winter break approaches, we kindly request all students to participate in the "End-of-Term Classroom Cleaning Campaign" to ensure that classrooms and campus spaces remain clean and tidy for the upcoming semester.
**Key Points for the End-of-Term Classroom Cleaning:**
1. **Cleaning Period:**
Please complete the cleaning by January 9, 2026 (Friday). Each class may schedule its own time within this deadline.
2. **Cleaning Focus Areas:**
- Remove all personal items and clutter from classrooms, as spaces will be used for summer camps and activities. Unclaimed items will be treated as recyclable waste.
- Thoroughly clean all first-floor windows.
- Wipe down and properly arrange desks, chairs, and podiums.
- Clean the blackboard and its grooves thoroughly.
- Sweep and mop the floors completely.
3. **Inspection Requirements:**
After cleaning, each class’s service officer is required to take three photos—one before cleaning, one during cleaning, and one after cleaning—and email them to Ms. Chiu-Yen Chen (yen0803@gms.tcu.edu.tw) at the Student Affairs Office.
We sincerely appreciate all students’ efforts in maintaining a clean classroom environment. We are especially grateful to our service officers for their diligent work. We also encourage all class advisors and instructors to guide students in valuing cleanliness, practicing waste reduction, and actively participating in recycling efforts.
Please remember to turn off all electrical appliances and close doors and windows when leaving the classroom. Together, let us support carbon reduction initiatives for a better planet.
A final reminder: All classrooms must be cleared of personal belongings before departure. The university assumes no responsibility for lost or unclaimed items.
