一、本會為鼓勵具有前瞻性的傑出學者進行人文及社會科學專書寫作,計畫成果為出版卓越專書及該專書出版前之主題研討座談會。若為一般學術性專書,建議依本會補助人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫作計畫作業要點申請「人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫作計畫」。
二、依本會人文行遠專書寫作計畫徵求公告(如附件)及補助專題研究計畫作業要點規定辦理,申請機構與計畫主持人務必先行詳閱各項規定。計畫主持人曾執行專書寫作計畫而尚未出版者,不得申請本計畫。
三、本計畫之執行期程自115年8月1日開始。本案經核定通過後,計畫主持人於執行本計畫期間不得執行本會其他研究計畫。
四、本案計畫書內容不得同時向本會重複申請,如有與其他研究計畫部分重複情況,應於計畫聲明書及計畫書內容清楚說明,否則視為違反學術倫理。
五、申請機構應切實審查計畫主持人之資格條件,並於申請名冊備註欄逐案確認計畫主持人資格,計畫主持人曾執行專書計畫者,應確認該專書之出版情況,符合者始得將其申請案彙整送出,並連同計畫主持人資格切結書經有關人員核章後備函向本會提出申請。
六、申請表格與本會專題研究計畫申請表格相同,申請案全面實施線上申請, 各類書表請至本會網站(http://www.nstc.gov.tw)登入「學術研發服務網」製作,注意事項如下:
(一)依據本會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第6點規定略以,研究計畫得依實際需要,申請各項補助經費。有關研究人力費部分,應敘明各類(級)別人員在計畫內擔任之具體內容、性質、項目及範圍;另配合本會推動參與計畫博士生費用增核措施,倘有約用博士生兼任人員需求,請併同增編費用,俾利審查後一併核給。
(二)研究計畫(申請書)中涉及人體試驗、採集人體檢體等本會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第11點第4款第1目規定之相關試驗或實驗者,各等研究內容與方法均應確實送交有關之審查會、委員會或相關單位審查並取得核准文件。
七、申請類別:「人文行遠專書寫作計畫」。請於人文處學門代碼依學門選擇HZZ07「人文行遠專書寫作計畫」。相關申請文件,請至本會網站首頁─學術研究─「專題研究計畫專區」下載使用。
八、本計畫未獲補助者,恕不受理申覆。

**I. Purpose of the Program**
The Taiwan National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) aims to encourage outstanding scholars with forward-thinking perspectives to engage in the writing of monographs in the fields of humanities and social sciences. The expected outcomes of this program include the publication of distinguished monographs and thematic symposia held prior to publication. For general academic monographs, applicants are advised to apply for the "Academic Monograph Writing Program for Humanities and Social Sciences" according to the relevant guidelines.

**II. Application Guidelines**
Applications must be submitted in accordance with the official call for proposals (see attachment) and the NSTC’s guidelines for supporting special research projects. All applicants and principal investigators are required to carefully review all regulations before submitting their proposals. Principal investigators who have previously participated in a monograph writing program but have not yet published their work are not eligible to apply for this program.

**III. Project Timeline**
The implementation period for this program begins on August 1, 2026. Once approved, the principal investigator will not be permitted to concurrently execute any other research projects funded by the NSTC during the project period.

**IV. Non-Duplication Policy**
Proposals submitted under this program must not be simultaneously submitted to the NSTC for any other funding opportunities. If there is any overlap with other research projects, applicants must clearly disclose this in both the declaration statement and the proposal itself. Failure to do so will be considered a violation of academic ethics. |
