一、鑑於全球職場環境劇烈變動，求職者面臨更為複雜的職涯決策挑戰。為強化第一線教育與就業服務人員之專業輔導動能，本校推廣教育部特辦理「職涯管理與發展實務」(TCDPA認證CMDP職涯諮詢師)課程，旨在透過系統化職涯諮詢技術，提升從業人員之專業公信力與實務成效 。

**Announcement: Career Management and Development Practicum (CMDP) Certification Course**
**I. Background and Purpose**
In light of the rapidly changing global job market, job seekers face increasingly complex career decision-making challenges. To enhance the professional guidance capabilities of frontline educators and employment service personnel, the Continuing Education Division of this university is offering the "Career Management and Development Practicum" (CMDP Career Counseling Certification by TCDPA). This course aims to strengthen the professional credibility and practical effectiveness of practitioners through systematic career counseling techniques.
**II. Professional Enhancement in Career Counseling**
In educational settings, teachers can effectively assist students in aligning their academic expertise with industry trends, enabling them to develop personalized career roadmaps. Employment service personnel, on the other hand, can utilize assessment and counseling techniques to help individuals clarify their career anchors, accurately match job roles, and overcome employment barriers.
**III. National-Level Quality Certification**
This course has been awarded the "Competency-Based Course Quality Certification" (iCAP) by the Labor Development Agency under the Ministry of Labor. The quality certification number is BHRT0041-21A, ensuring that the training meets national professional standards.
**IV. Systematic Career Counseling Competencies**
The course follows the ADDIE instructional model, systematically building professional knowledge and skills from theoretical foundations, tool application, to practical counseling processes. This approach strengthens the ability to assist students and clients in managing their own careers.
**V. Dual Certification for Career Readiness**
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion from this university and will also be eligible to apply for certification as a CMDP Career Counselor by the Taiwan Career Development Professionals Association (TCDPA).
