📢 溫室氣體盤查資料建置公告

為配合本校溫室氣體盤查作業之推動,敬請全體教職員協助辦理相關資料建置事宜。
請各單位教職員登入校務系統(校務研究中心 → 溫室氣體盤點系統),查詢並完成所屬單位之設備財產資料及溫室氣體盤查建檔作業,以利後續統計與盤查作業順利進行。
敬請各位教職員於 12 月 31 日前完成相關作業,感謝您的配合與協助。

🔔 注意事項:
目前全校正同步進行 9 萬餘筆財產資料之溫室氣體盤查篩選作業,倘若單位內有應納入盤查之設備但未列入系統者,請務必主動通知承辦單位,以避免後續送審或抽驗時因資料不全,導致需全校重新盤點之情形發生。

Announcement Regarding Greenhouse Gas Inventory Data Collection.

To support the implementation of the university’s greenhouse gas inventory process, we kindly request all faculty and staff members to assist in establishing the relevant data records.

Please log in to the institutional management system (Academic Research Center → Greenhouse Gas Inventory System) to review and complete the equipment and property data, as well as the greenhouse gas inventory registration for your respective units. This will ensure the smooth progress of subsequent statistical and inventory procedures.

We respectfully request all faculty and staff to complete these tasks by December 31. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.

Notes
As the university is currently conducting a screening process for over 90,000 property records for inclusion in the greenhouse gas inventory, if any equipment within your unit that should be included is not listed in the system, please promptly report this to the responsible office. Failure to do so may result in incomplete data during subsequent review or inspection, potentially necessitating a full re-inventory for the entire university.
