各位同學大家好:
寒假留宿申請作業已截止,目前仍有同學因故未於期限完成申請,仍須寒假辦理留宿,故開放補申請作業,作業如下:
壹、 補申請作業:
一、 補申請時間:114年12月22日中午12時114年12月24日中午12時止
二、 申請方式:
1. 登錄學生資訊系統「住宿類別」 (寒期可留宿日期開始/結束-1/11至2/13))
2. 「宿舍編號」(目前所在校區)。
3. 「住宿起始日」輸入起迄日:
例:留宿日期:2月11日至17日
系統住宿申請:2月11日至18日,18日12時前離舍,費用只收到前一日晚上。
4. 「上傳證明」(一律上傳留宿證明單,未上傳者將以退件辦理)。
三、 補申請期間若未上傳證明或填寫錯誤將不再受理。
貳、 繳費作業:繳費期限至114年12月26日下午17時30分截止。
一、 繳費方式:出納組現場繳費、儲值機繳費或線上付款。
二、 在學生資訊系統中的 待繳費查詢/應付款項 選取要繳的項目,產生銷帳編號後,目前可透過臺灣Pay QRcode或銀行轉帳方式直接進行線上繳費。
三、 各校區儲值機繳費。
四、 各校區總務處出納組臨櫃繳費。
參、 注意事項:
一、 本次申請者為逾期申請,將依規定記10點,本次為最後的申請,之後不會再開放,請同學把握這次機會。
二、 其他未盡事宜,按宿舍相關規定辦理,如有相關疑問,請洽詢:

The application period for winter break accommodation has ended. However, some students were unable to complete their applications within the deadline due to special circumstances and still need to stay in the dormitory during the winter break. Therefore, a make-up application period is now open. Details are as follows:
I. Make-up Application
1.Application Period:
From 12:00 PM, December 22, 2025 to 12:00 PM, December 24, 2025.
2.Application Procedure:
(1)Log in to the Student Information System and select “Accommodation Type”
(Winter stay dates: January 11 to February 13).
(2)Enter the Dormitory Number (current campus).
(3)Enter the Accommodation Start and End Dates.
●Example:
Actual stay dates: February 11 to February 17
System application dates: February 11 to February 18
(Students must vacate by 12:00 PM on February 18. Fees will only be charged up to the night of the previous day.)
(4)Upload supporting documents
(All applicants must upload the accommodation certification form. Applications without uploaded documents will be rejected.)
3.Applications with missing documents or incorrect information during the make-up period will not be accepted.
II. Payment
●Payment Deadline: 5:30 PM, December 26, 2025
1.Payment Methods:
●On-site payment at the Cashier Section
●Payment via value-added machines
●Online payment
2.In the Student Information System, go to Pending Payment Inquiry / Payable Items, select the item to be paid, generate a payment number, and complete payment online via Taiwan Pay QR code or bank transfer.
3.Payment via value-added machines on each campus.
4.On-site payment at the General Affairs Office Cashier Section on each campus.
III. Important Notes
1.This is a late application. According to regulations, 10 demerit points will be recorded. This is the final opportunity to apply; no further applications will be accepted. Students are advised to take advantage of this chance.
