📢 公告|2025年「蔬食的科學探究與人文論述」成果發表會
慈濟大學於2022年執行慈濟基金會所補助之「蔬食的科學探究與人文論述」整合型研究計畫,三年期程已完成階段性任務,將於2025年底舉辦成果發表會,邀請計畫內教師進行研究成果分享。
本計畫整合科學與人文等跨域視角,探討蔬食在健康促進、飲食教育與倫理關懷等面向之理論觀點與實務應用,期能協助與會者從多元角度理解蔬食的健康價值與人文意涵,提升大眾對蔬食教育與健康飲食的認識,深化「推素」理念之理解,並將相關知識落實於日常生活與教育實踐中,持續擴大蔬食教育與永續飲食之社會影響力。

“Scientific Inquiry and Humanistic Perspectives on Vegetarian Diets”
Tzu Chi University has been implementing the integrated research project “Scientific Inquiry and Humanistic Perspectives on Vegetarian Diets”, funded by the Tzu Chi Foundation since 2022. The three-year project has completed its phased objectives, and a research outcomes symposium will be held at the end of 2025. Faculty members participating in the project are invited to share their research findings.
This project integrates cross-disciplinary perspectives from science and the humanities, examining theoretical viewpoints and practical applications of vegetarian diets in areas such as health promotion, dietary education, and ethical care. The symposium aims to help participants gain a multifaceted understanding of the health value and humanistic significance of vegetarianism, enhance public awareness of vegetarian education and healthy eating, deepen the understanding of vegetarian advocacy, and encourage the application of related knowledge in daily life and educational practice, thereby expanding the social impact of vegetarian education and sustainable diets.
