中央校區:114/12/22(一)~115/1/2(五)

說明:依「教師申訴評議委員會組織及評議要點」 及「職員工申訴評議委員會設置要點」規定,對於考核考列結果如有異議,得於收到考核通知書之次日起30日內,以書面向本校教師申訴評議委員會(教師適用)或職員工申訴評議委員會(職員工適用)提起申訴,故考核通知書需本人簽收,恕不受理代領,敬請見諒。

The performance evaluation notifications for the academic year 113 have been finalized. To ensure the accuracy of delivery and safeguard your related rights, we kindly request you to collect your notification during the designated times below.
**Central Campus:**
Date: 12/22 (Mon) to 1/2 (Fri)
Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM)
Location: Human Resources Office, 2nd Floor, Futian Building
**Jianguo Campus:**
Date: 12/23 (Tue)
Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM)
Location: First Conference Room
**Jieren Campus:**
Date: 12/24 (Wed)
Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM)
Location: Joint Office
**Notice:** According to the "Regulations and Guidelines for the Organization and Evaluation of the Teacher Grievance and Review Committee" and the "Guidelines for the Establishment of the Staff Grievance and Review Committee," any objections to the evaluation results must be submitted in writing to the relevant committee—either the Teacher Grievance and Review Committee (for teachers) or the Staff Grievance and Review Committee (for staff)—within thirty days of receiving the notification. Therefore, personal collection of the notification is required; proxy collection will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
