📢 氣體溫室盤查資料建置公告
為配合本校溫室氣體盤查檔建置作業之推進，全體教職員協助辦理相關資料建置手續。
請各單位教職人員登錄校務系統（校務研究中心→氣體盤點系統），完成各單位之財產資料及溫室氣體盤查檔建作業，以利後續統計與盤查作業進行
。
🔔注意事項：
目前全面校正同步進行 9 萬餘筆財產資料之溫室氣體盤查篩選作業，若單位內有應納入盤查之設備但未列入系統者，請務必主動通知辦單位，東南亞後續送審或抽驗時因資料不全，導致此事重新盤點之需發生。

**Announcement: Establishment of Greenhouse Gas Inventory Data**
To support the ongoing establishment of the university’s greenhouse gas inventory, all faculty and staff are kindly requested to assist in completing the relevant data entry procedures.
Please log in to the institutional management system (Academic Research Center → Greenhouse Gas Inventory System) and review and complete your unit’s equipment and property data, as well as the greenhouse gas inventory registration information. This will ensure the smooth progress of subsequent statistical and inventory compilation work.
All faculty and staff are requested to complete the above tasks by December 31. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.
**Notes:**
The university is currently conducting a comprehensive screening of over 90,000 property records to include them in the greenhouse gas inventory. If any equipment in your unit that should be included in the inventory is not listed in the system, please immediately report this to the relevant department. Failure to do so may result in incomplete data during subsequent reviews or inspections, potentially necessitating a full re-inventory of the entire university.
