**Announcement**
The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is now accepting applications for the 2026 "Taiwan-Japan Youth Science and Technology Talent Exchange—Selection of Doctoral Students for Study in Japan" program. Applications will be accepted from December 12, 2025, to February 25, 2026. All applicants are required to complete their online submissions and submit the application forms to this Council before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
