國家科學及技術委員會 - 本會115年度「高效能化合物半導體前瞻技術研究計畫」自即日起接受申請，請於115年2月5日(星期四)前函送本會，逾期不予受理，請查照轉知。

**Announcement**
The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) hereby announces that applications for the "Advanced Research Program on High-Performance Compound Semiconductor Technologies" for the 115th academic year are now open. All applicants are kindly requested to submit their proposals to the NSTC by **February 5, 115 **. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted. Please take note and kindly forward this information to relevant parties.
