各位場地管理單位承辦人員日安:
提醒您,因本校場地管理系統即將開放學生申請場地借用,為避免系統啟用後影響場地借用作業,請各場地管理單位協助確認所屬場地於系統中的設定狀況。
請依下列說明進行檢視作業:
一、請檢視所管理之各場地,是否已完成「是否開放學生借用」之設定。
二、相關操作方式請參考本公告附件說明。
三、校務系統操作路徑如下:
校務資訊系統 → 場地借用管理系統 → 場地列表 → 查詢管理的場地。
四、注意事項:本項設定僅限場地管理者操作。
敬請各單位於系統正式啟用前完成確認,以利學生後續借用作業順利進行,感謝各位的協助與配合。

To All Responsible Staff Members of Venue Management Units:
Greetings,
We would like to remind you that the venue management system will soon be opened for student applications to reserve venues. To ensure that the activation of the system does not disrupt venue reservation processes, we kindly request that each venue management unit confirm the settings for their respective venues within the system.
Please follow the instructions below to complete the review process:
1. Please verify whether each managed venue has completed the setting for "Availability for Student Reservations."
2. For relevant operational procedures, please refer to the instructions provided in the attachment to this announcement.
3. The operational path within the administrative system is as follows:
Administrative Information System → Venue Reservation Management System → Venue List → Query Managed Venues.
4. Note: This setting is restricted to venue managers only.
We kindly request all units to complete this confirmation before the official activation of the system to ensure smooth subsequent reservation processes for students. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.
