說明：
一、本學會僅訂於民國115年7月14至17日於日本金澤舉辦【創新與管理國際研討會】(「International Conference on Innovation and Management (IAM2026 Summer)」)，敬請轉知並鼓勵貴校師生踴躍投稿及出席。
二、投稿論文接受全文(full papers)或規劃書(proposals)，須符合研究論文架構且頁數至少五頁並需以英文撰寫，其餘細節及稿件格式詳研討會網站（https://iam2026s.conf-online.org）。
三、隨函檢附研討會徵稿文件，敬請參閱附件。
**Announcement**
The Taiwan Society for Management Innovation (TSMI) is pleased to submit the call for papers for the **International Conference on Innovation and Management (IAM2026 Summer)**. Please kindly refer to the attached documents for further details.
**Explanation:**
1. The conference will be held from July 14 to 17, 2026, in Kanazawa, Japan. We kindly request your assistance in disseminating this information and encourage faculty and students of your institution to actively submit papers and participate in the event.
2. Submissions may include full papers or proposals. All submissions must adhere to the structure of a research paper, be at least five pages in length, and be written in English.
