各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為維護宿舍環境整潔，提升居住品質，本校將於即日起至115年6月30日進行宿舍清洗作業。為確保清洗工作順利進行，請同學配合相關事宜。
清洗前一日，舍監室將通知隔日清洗樓層。清洗期間，廠商將進入寢室進行清潔作業，請同學務必配合以下事項：
1. 廠商會開門至寢室清洗。
2. 清洗期間請將冷氣下方物品清除，以利清洗作業。
3. 個人貴重物品請勿放於寢室內。
敬請同學踴躍配合，共同維護宿舍整潔與安全。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To maintain a clean dormitory environment and enhance the quality of living, the university will conduct dormitory cleaning operations from today until June 30, 145 (2026). To ensure the smooth progress of the cleaning work, we kindly request your cooperation with the following arrangements.
On the day before cleaning, the dormitory supervisor’s office will notify students of the floors to be cleaned the following day. During the cleaning period, contractors will enter the dorm rooms to perform cleaning tasks. Please cooperate with the following matters:
1. Contractors will open doors to access dorm rooms for cleaning.
2. Please clear any items placed below air conditioning units during the cleaning period to facilitate the cleaning process.
3. Please do not leave any valuables inside your dorm room.
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe dormitory environment.
