說明：
一、活動旨在協助對半導體產業有興趣之身心障礙求職者，透過兩階段工作坊活動，掌握半導體基礎知識與職場軟實力，為進入高科技產業做準備。課程結合各二天之理論與實作課程，並提供實體面試機會 。
二、參加對象：具備身心障礙證明之2025年大學（含）以上畢業生。不限科系與工作背景，凡有意求職、轉職至台灣美光，或欲探索職涯發展機會者，皆歡迎報名 。
三、辦理時間及地點如下：
(一)第一階段：115年1月14日（線上課程）、1月15日（美光后里廠實體課程）。
(二)第二階段：115年1月26日（線上課程）、1月27日（美光后里廠實體課程）。

**Announcement: Workshop for Individuals with Disabilities Interested in Semiconductor Industry Careers**
The workshop aims to assist individuals with disabilities who are interested in pursuing careers in the semiconductor industry. Through a two-phase workshop program, participants will gain foundational knowledge of semiconductors and develop essential workplace skills, preparing them for entry into the high-tech industry. The program combines theoretical and practical sessions over two days and provides opportunities for in-person interviews.
**Eligibility:**
Participants must hold a certificate of disability and be graduates (or expected graduates) of a university or higher education institution in 2025. There are no restrictions on academic background or work experience. All individuals interested in seeking employment, transitioning to a career at Micron Technology Taiwan, or exploring career development opportunities are welcome to apply.
**Schedule and Venue:**
- **Phase 1:** January 14, 2026 (Online Session), January 15, 2026 (On-site Session at Micron Technology’s Houli Factory).
- **Phase 2:** January 26, 2026 (Online Session), January 27, 2026 (On-site Session at Micron Technology’s Houli Factory).
