說明：
一、本院為分析國內大四以上同學出國攻讀碩士或博士學位之評估因素、以及對政府獎學金之了解與需求，研發旨揭問卷。
二、問卷收案對象、執行時間與研究倫理詳如下：
(一)招募對象：有意願出國攻讀碩士或博士學位之大學四年級(含技專校院學士學位班)以上或碩士班之在學生及畢業生。
(二)填答時間：即日起至115年1月5日(星期一)止。
(三)填答獎勵：完成有效問卷可獲得新臺幣200元現金禮卷。
(四)填答方式：請至 https:／／naer.surveycake.biz/s/DVGRb或掃QR碼(如附件1)填答。
(五)為保護問卷填具同學之權益，所有調查資料將依個資法及研究倫理進行保管與處理，經參與同學確認研究知情同意後方開始填具問卷，分析過程與報告結果呈現將把所有可能揭露個別資訊之資料去識別化。問卷回收結果僅作整體趨勢與挑戰分析，不作個別學校或個人分析，亦不作任何評鑑或相關計畫審查之用，敬請放心據實填答，完成有效問卷之同學亦將致贈微薄謝酬。
三、請貴校協助函轉校內各學院、系所、跨系所學程與校友聯絡處，代為公告問卷收案訊息。

**Announcement: Survey on Factors Influencing Overseas Graduate Studies and Understanding of Government Scholarships**
The College has developed the attached survey to analyze the evaluation factors influencing Taiwanese students in their fourth year of university (including those in technical colleges and associate degree programs) or graduate students who are considering pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree abroad. The survey also aims to assess their understanding of and demand for government scholarships.
**Survey Details:**
1. **Eligible Participants:** Current undergraduate students (fourth year or higher, including those in technical colleges and associate degree programs), graduate students, and alumni who are considering studying abroad for a master’s or doctoral degree.
2. **Survey Period:** From the date of this announcement until January 5, 2026 (Monday).
3. **Incentive:** Participants who complete the survey will receive a cash voucher worth NT$200.
4. **Survey Method:** Please complete the survey by visiting the following link: [https://naer.surveycake.biz/s/DVGRb](https://naer.surveycake.biz/s/DVGRb) or by scanning the QR code provided in Attachment 1.
5. **Data Protection:** To safeguard participants’ rights, all survey data will be stored and processed in accordance with privacy laws and research ethics. Participants must provide informed consent before completing the survey. During analysis and reporting, all data that could potentially identify individuals will be anonymized. The results will be used solely for analyzing overall trends and challenges, not for individual or institutional evaluations or any review processes. We kindly request participants to fill out the survey honestly.
