一、國立臺灣師範大學持續推動「全球遠距學院」平臺，集結各合作學校於學期間開設之中、英文正式有學分遠距課程，供國內外人士遠距隨班選讀，旨在提升臺灣高教數位課程能見度與推廣效益。
二、平台運作概況摘述如下：
（一）選課與繳費：社會人士於平台進行線上選課與繳費；課程選讀費依開課學校標準收取，平台並收取必要行政手續費。
（二）上課與成績證明：經審核後之選課名單將由開課學校協助完成選課流程，並回到其數位學習平台上課。開課學校須提供與學位生一致之教學內容與評量；學期終了後由開課學校寄發成績證明予選讀生。
（三）權益與抵免：選讀生權益及相關事宜依各校規定辦理；日後若成為開課學校之學位生，學分抵免亦依其規定進行。

National Taiwan Normal University continues to promote its Global Distance Learning Platform, which aggregates officially credited distance courses—offered in both Chinese and English—by partner institutions during academic semesters. These courses are available for enrollment by individuals both domestically and internationally, aiming to enhance the visibility and outreach of Taiwan‵s higher education digital curriculum.
The platform operates as follows:
1. Course Selection and Payment: Individuals may enroll in and pay for courses online via the platform. Course fees are charged according to the standards set by the respective offering institutions, with an additional administrative fee collected by the platform.
2. Course Attendance and Academic Records: After enrollment is approved, the offering institution will assist with the course registration process and direct students to their respective digital learning platforms for course delivery. The teaching content and assessment provided must be equivalent to that offered to degree-seeking students. Upon completion of the semester, the offering institution will issue academic transcripts to enrolled students.
3. Rights and Credit Transfer: The rights and related matters of enrolled students are governed by the policies of each respective institution. Should students later become degree-seeking students at an offering institution, credit transfer will be processed according to that institution‵s regulations.
