【IRB系統轉換通知及線上說明會】
115/01/01起，IRB申請及審查作業將改用新系統進行(https://hlirbstu.tzuchi.com.tw/irb_new/index.php/formal/Main)，後續暫採雙系統並行，舊系統審查通過之執行中計畫，期中、變更、結案、通報等維持使用舊系統送件。
現於舊系統送審中之新案若未於114/12/31通過行政審查，則必須自行改至新系統送件。
目前新系統開放測試至114/12/29，12/30-12/31會關閉清除所有測試資料(含帳號)，115/1/1正式啟用後，需請使用者重新註冊。

**IRB System Transition Notice and Online Orientation Sessions**
Starting from 115/01/01, all IRB application and review processes will be conducted via the new system ([https://hlirbstu.tzuchi.com.tw/irb_new/index.php/formal/Main](https://hlirbstu.tzuchi.com.tw/irb_new/index.php/formal/Main)). In the interim, both the old and new systems will operate concurrently. For ongoing projects that have already been approved through the old system, mid-term reviews, amendments, closure reports, and notifications should continue to be submitted via the old system.
Any new applications currently under review in the old system that have not completed administrative review by 114/12/31 must be resubmitted manually through the new system.
The new system is currently open for testing until 114/12/29. All test data (including user accounts) will be cleared on 12/30-12/31. After the official launch on 115/01/01, users will need to re-register for access.
