依據:「職業安全衛生法」第32條及「職業安全教育訓練規則」第17條規定,新進勞工或在職勞工於變更工作前,應接受從事工作與預防災變所必要之一般安全衛生教育及訓練;又依「職業安全教育訓練規則」第18條規定,在職勞工應依工作性質接受安全衛生在職教育訓練。勞工對於上述之教育訓練有接受之義務,違反者處新台幣3000元罰鍰。
對象:
1.本校一般場所之新進教職員、教學研究助理(TA)、新進碩(博)新生、工讀生或3年內未取得職業安全衛生教育訓練時數之在職教職員工均可報名參訓。)
2.若您已於114年9月24日及10月17日參加一般安全衛生教育訓練,時數已完成認列者,承辦單位將不再另提供3小時之職安時數。
時間:114年12月19日(五)14:00~17:00(3小時)
地點:中央校區福田樓H210階梯教室
參訓人數:100人(名額有限)

Basis:
In accordance with Article 32 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Article 17 of the Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Rules, newly hired workers and current workers prior to any change in job duties must receive general safety and health education and training necessary for their work and for preventing occupational hazards.
Furthermore, pursuant to Article 18 of the Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Rules, current workers shall receive on-the-job safety and health training based on the nature of their work.
Workers are obligated to complete the above-mentioned training. Failure to comply may result in a NT$3,000 fine.
Eligibility:
1. Newly hired faculty and staff, teaching/research assistants (TAs), newly admitted master’s and doctoral students, student workers, or current faculty and staff who have not obtained required Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training hours within the past three years are eligible to register.
2. If you have already attended the General Occupational Safety and Health Training on September 24 or October 17 of the 114 academic year and your training hours have been recognized, an additional 3 hours of OSH training will not be provided by the organizer.
