國立臺北大學 - 本校都市計劃研究所辦理「問題解決之研究方法系列課程－2026冬令營」課程時間更新為115年1月19日至2月2日，敬請惠予公告並鼓勵貴校師生報名參加，請查照。
活動內容如下：
(一)師資介紹：由曾國雄傑出講座教授及其研究團隊共同主持。
(二)參加對象：全球大專院校教師及學、碩、博士班在學之研究生。
(三)時間：115年1月19日至2月2日，每週一下午13時至16時。
(四)地點：本校三峽校區公共事務學院。
(五)授課方式：課程主要由國家講座親自面授，課程涵蓋各式各樣的研究方法與各式各樣的決策理論。課程實作將由學員自選研究的課題進行討論，藉由每週進度協助學員落實相關的研究進度，期望參與的學員在一學期的努力下都能獲得好的研究產出及成果。
(六)招生人數：招收30名學員，課程將優先保留10位名額，提供給舊生複訓。

The Department of Urban Planning at National Taipei University would like to announce that the schedule for the "Research Methods for Problem Solving Series – 2026 Winter Camp" has been updated to January 19 to February 2, 2026. We kindly request your assistance in disseminating this information and encourage your faculty and students to participate.
**Event Details:**
1. **Instructors:** Led by Distinguished Professor Steven Tseng and his research team.
2. **Eligibility:** Open to university faculty and graduate students (undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels) from institutions worldwide.
3. **Schedule:** January 19 to February 2, 2026, every Monday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
4. **Venue:** College of Public Affairs, Sanxia Campus, National Taipei University.
5. **Instructional Format:** The course will be primarily delivered in person by Professor Tseng, covering a wide range of research methodologies and decision-making theories. Practical sessions will involve participants selecting their own research topics for discussion, with weekly progress reviews to support their research development. The goal is for participants to achieve significant research outcomes through one semester of dedicated effort.
6. **Capacity:** A total of 30 participants will be admitted, with priority given to returning students (10 spots reserved).
