一、為促進交流合作，多方培育檔案管理相關領域人才，增進大學院校學生瞭解檔案管理實務作業，本局提供寒假實習計6 個名額。相關事項依「國家發展委員會檔案管理局實習須知」辦理如下：
（一）申請人可依實習課程要求及個人興趣選擇實習單元至多1 項，每日實習時間以不超過8 小時為度，本局不提供報酬（薪資、交通費、膳食及意外保險等補助）及住宿場所，實習期滿依規定發給實習證書。
（二）有意申請者，請檢附申請表及歷年在校成績常影本（A4格式），自即日起至114年12月12日止免備文逕送本局（以郵戳、傳真或電子郵件寄達日期為憑），逾期不受理。
（三）獲錄取者，本局除函請就讀學校轉知外，並於明年1月上旬於本局網站公布錄取名單。
二、後續若因應特殊情形有延（停）辦或採取相關配套措施之需將於本局「全球資訊網／最新消息」項下公告。

**Announcement Regarding the Archival Management Internship Program for the Upcoming Winter Break**
To promote academic exchange and cultivate talent in the field of archival management, the National Archives Administration (NAA) is offering six internship positions during the upcoming winter break. The program aims to provide university students with practical experience in archival management. All applications and procedures will be conducted in accordance with the "Internship Guidelines of the National Archives Administration." Details are as follows:
1. **Internship Details**
- Applicants may select up to one internship unit based on their interests and the requirements of the internship curriculum. The daily internship duration shall not exceed eight hours. The NAA does not provide any form of compensation, including salary, transportation allowance, meal subsidies, or accident insurance, nor does it provide accommodation. Upon completion of the internship, participants will be issued an official certificate of completion.
2. **Application Process**
- Interested applicants are required to submit an application form along with a photocopied transcript of their academic records (A4 format). Applications must be submitted directly to the NAA by December 12, 114 (the deadline is determined by the postmark, fax transmission date, or email receipt date). Late submissions will not be accepted.
3. **Selection and Notification**
- Successful applicants will be notified by letter to their respective universities and will also be announced on the NAA’s official website in early January of next year.
