一、請各校務相關承辦單位於 12 月 19 日前，將次年度暑期所有海外出團梯次填報至「教育志業海外資源申請彙整表」，填報連結如下：https://reurl.cc/R9qgp6
二、關於海外教師返臺培訓事宜，請預計申請之單位協助於下列表單填寫相關團體資訊與需求：https://reurl.cc/GGjYnv
三、提醒申請慈濟海外分支資源： 請提供紙本申請書至全球處，本處會協助將案件統一送件。
四、有申請海外資源，請Email給相關單位，隨信附上所有文件資料檔案。(教育執行長辦公室聯繫群組+慈濟大學聯繫群組+宗教處聯繫群組+所要前往之國家群窗口)
五、請各單位務必依限完成填報，以利後續作業。若有任何需說明之處，請聯絡交流組施依妏 分機１１０１７。

2. Regarding the return training program for overseas faculty, units intending to apply are kindly requested to assist by filling out the following form with relevant group information and requirements: https://reurl.cc/GGjYnv
3. Reminder for applications for overseas branch resources: Please submit a hard copy of your application to the Global Affairs Office. We will assist in consolidating and submitting your case.
4. For any applications involving overseas resources, please email the relevant units and attach all necessary documents in your email.
