一、本校為培育學生具備利他與公民素養，鼓勵師生積極參與/推動各項社會服務活動，賡續於即日起受理114學期『寒假服務學習活動計畫』提案作業，計畫執行所需經費請併於提案內呈現，敬邀全校師生提案申請。
二、本期提案對象以校內各服務團隊辦理114學期寒假各項服務活動計畫為主，計畫期程自115年1月10日至115年2月22日止，相關辦法及表格請參閱附件資料。
三、本期以「部分補助」各案所需經費為原則，補助項目為保險費、交通費、講座鐘點費、指導費、物品費、印刷費等，併依每案計畫執行社會服務活動之業務費必要科目予以優先補助。
四、本項申請作業自即日起開放申請，最遲請於114/12/22(一)17:00前提出

I. In order to cultivate students with altruistic values and civic literacy, and to encourage both faculty and students to actively participate in and promote various social service activities, the university will commence accepting proposals for the "Winter Service-Learning Activity Plan" for the 114th semester, starting immediately. Proposals should include the budget required for the execution of the plan. We sincerely invite all faculty and students across the university to submit their proposals.
II. This round of proposals is primarily intended for service teams within the university to submit plans for various service activities during the winter break of the 114th semester. The project period will run from January 10, 115, to February 22, 115. Please refer to the attached documents for relevant guidelines and forms.
III. This round of funding will follow the principle of providing "partial subsidies" for each project's required expenses. Subsidizable items include insurance fees, transportation costs, lecture honorariums, guidance fees, material costs, and printing expenses. Priority will be given to subsidy allocation based on necessary business expenses incurred during the execution of social service activities under each project plan.
IV. The application process for this initiative is now open. All applications must be submitted by Monday, December 22, 114, at 17:00.
- Paper copies of the proposal application form should be submitted to the Service-Learning Office (Room L0602, Da Ai Building).
