 主  旨  【宿舍事務】114年度寒假留宿申請及繳費作業【Dormitory Affairs】 Application and Payment Procedures for 2025 Winter Break Accommodation (Academic Year 114)
 內  容 
一、 【114學年宿舍相關重要日期】
1、 114上住宿生期末離舍時間:115年1月11日中午12時止(未申請寒假留宿不得住宿)。
2、 上網申請寒假留宿時間:114年12月15日至19日1730時止
3、 開放寒假住宿起迄日:115年1月11日至2月14日中午12時止。
→ 春節期間不開放申請(僅提供外籍生):115年2月14日中午12時至2月21日中午12時截止。
4、 繳費時間:114年12月22日至26日截止。
→ 繳費方式:
(1) 在學生資訊系統中的 待繳費查詢/應付款項 選取要繳的項目,產生銷帳編號後,目前可透過臺灣Pay QRcode或銀行轉帳方式直接進行線上繳費。
(2) 各校區儲值機繳費。
(3) 各校區總務處出納組臨櫃繳費。
二、 第二學期住宿開放時間:115年2月21日中午12時起開放。
三、 境外生集中住宿:
1、 建國校區(寒假期間)
(1) 遷入中央校區:115年1月12日09點開始。
(2) 遷回建國校區:115年2月21日10點開始。
2、 介仁校區遷入中央(分兩個階段)
(1) 【第一階段-寒假開始】115年1月12日09點開始。
(2) 【第二階段(農曆春節)】115年2月11日上午09點開始搬遷。
(3) 遷回介仁校區:115年2月21日10點開始。
3、 其餘相關細節訊息由全球處通知。
四、 【留宿申請條件】114學度住宿床位者(無床位經各處室系所簽陳者)。
五、 【留宿申請及查詢方式】欲申請住宿者皆須按公告程序逐一完成。
1、 申請:登錄學生資訊系統 → 學務處 → 住宿選單 → 學生住宿申請 → 住宿類別 → 上傳證明文件(行政師長上簽文件或活動申請學生留宿證明單) → 確認
【說明】上傳證明或行政簽文:
(1) 上傳留宿證明單請向師長索取,師長簽名後再上傳。
(2) 以行政簽文,請向師長詢問簽呈文號及留宿原因(寫於上網時備註欄位)
(3) 若未附上述約定,均採退案處理,請申請者留意。
(4) 境外生(不用提供,但上網申請,請依【類別選項】申請)
2、 查詢:登錄學生資訊系統 → 學務處 → 住宿選單 → 住宿申請查詢 → 確認案件狀態。
六、 注意事項:
1、 寒假期間三校區宿舍正常開放。
2、 農曆春節期間僅開放中央校區提供境外生住宿,其餘宿舍均關閉。
3、 凡宿舍記點超過60(含)點及未有本學期住宿床位者不予申請寒假留宿,概不受理。
4、 凡逾時辦理留宿作業申請或繳納住宿費者,視為逾時完成作業,將取消原申請作業不再受理。若仍有住宿需求者,須提出專案申請並依宿舍規定予以記10點後,方能受理申請作業。
5、 凡未經申請通過或未完成繳費者,私自留宿者屬違規行為,除應補繳住宿費外,另依宿舍規定記點20點。若發現逃避點名者或違規宿舍規範者,將專案進行簽核處分。
6、 申請寒假留宿者需配合宿舍之相關清潔消毒打掃及修繕作業,未能配合者將取消留宿資格,並不予退費。
七、 其它未盡事宜,按宿舍相關規定辦理,如有相關疑問,請至宿輔組洽詢。

1. Important Dates for Dormitory Residents in Academic Year 2025–2026
A.Fall Semester Move-out Deadline:
By 12:00 noon on January 11, 2026 (students who did not apply for winter break stay are not allowed to remain in the dormitory).
B.Online Application Period for Winter Break Stay:
December 15–19, 2025, until 17:30.
C.Winter Break Accommodation Period:
January 11–February 14, 2026, until 12:00 noon.
→ Closed during Lunar New Year (only available for international students):
From 12:00 noon, February 14, 2026, to 12:00 noon, February 21, 2026.
D.Payment Period:
December 22–26, 2025.
→ Payment Methods:
(1) Log in to the Student Information System → Pending Payments / Payable Items, generate a payment code, and pay via Taiwan Pay QR code or bank transfer.
(2) Pay at top-up kiosks on each campus.
(3) Pay in person at the Cashier’s Office of each campus.

2. Spring Semester Move-in Time
Move-in begins at 12:00 noon on February 21, 2026.

3. International Students – Temporary Housing Arrangements
A. Jianguo Campus (during winter break)
(1) Move to Zhongyang Campus: January 12, 2026, starting at 09:00.
(2) Move back to Jianguo Campus: February 21, 2026, starting at 10:00.
B. Jieren Campus → Zhongyang Campus (two phases)
(1) Phase 1 – Start of Winter Break: January 12, 2026, starting at 09:00.
(2) Phase 2 (Lunar New Year) Relocation will begin at 9:00 AM on February 11, 2026.

(3) Move back to Jieren Campus: February 21, 2026, starting at 10:00.
C. Other details will be announced by the Office of Global Engagement.

4. Eligibility for Winter Break Stay
Students who hold a dormitory bed space for Academic Year 2025–2026 (AY114)
(Those without a bed space must provide approved documents from their department/administrative office.)

5. Application & Status Inquiry
All students applying for winter break stay must follow the procedures below.

A. Application Process:
Log in to the Student Information System → Division of Student Affairs → Dormitory Menu → Student Dormitory Application → Select Type → Upload Required Documents → Confirm
Required documents:
(1) Winter Stay Application Form signed by a supervisor/teacher and uploaded.
(2) For administrative approval letters, provide the document number and the reason for staying (fill in the remarks field online).
(3) Applications lacking the required documents will be rejected.
(4) International students: No documents required, but online application is still needed (select the appropriate category).
B. Checking Application Status:
Log in to the Student Information System → Division of Student Affairs → Dormitory Menu → Dormitory Application Inquiry → Check status.

6. Important Notes
A.All three campuses’ dormitories remain open during winter break.
B.During Lunar New Year, only Zhongyang Campus remains open for international students; other dorms are closed.
C.Students with 60 or more demerit points or without a current-semester dorm bed are not eligible to apply for winter break stay.
D.Late application or late payment will result in cancellation of the application. Students still needing accommodation must submit a special request and will receive 10 demerit points before approval.
E.Students who stay without approval or without payment will be considered in violation:
– Must pay the accommodation fee
– Will receive 20 demerit points
– Students evading roll call or violating dorm regulations will face additional disciplinary action.
F.Students staying during the winter break must cooperate with scheduled cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance works. Those who fail to comply will have their stay revoked with no refund.
