一、臺北捷運公司為公營事業機構，自1996年3月28日通車以來，已營運29年，共有5條路線，包含文湖線、淡水信義線、松山新店線、中和新蘆線及板南線，營運里程131.1公里，營運車站117個。目前本公司設有18個處、員工超過6千人，除持續穩固運輸本業外，亦同步開創新事業、推動數位轉型、發展生活事業、進行TOD物業開發等多元業務。
二、為吸引優秀人才進入本公司，爰透過實習方式，遴選能認同本公司企業文化且專業能力佳之在學學生，協助其職涯探索及知能養成，並培育捷運專業技術人才。
三、旨案實習名額計25名，實習對象為國內公、私立大專院校相關系所在學學生，受理申請期間自114年12月1日至12月19日，詳細實習計畫及申請書等相關資料如附件1、2，請貴校惠予協助轉知相關學系(所)，並鼓勵所屬在校生踴躍申請。
【Internship Opportunity at Taipei Metro Company】
The Taipei Metro Company, a state-owned enterprise, has been in operation since March 28, 1996, marking 29 years of service. The company operates five lines: Wenhu Line,澹shen Line, Songshan-Xindian Line, Zhonghe-Xinlu Line, and Banqiao-Nanhai Line, covering a total distance of 131.1 kilometers with 117 stations. Currently, the company comprises 18 departments and employs over 6,000 staff members. In addition to maintaining its core transportation services, the company is actively pursuing new business ventures, digital transformation, lifestyle business development, and TOD property development.
To attract outstanding talent to join our organization, we are offering internship opportunities to select students who align with our corporate culture and demonstrate strong professional capabilities. These internships aim to assist students in exploring their career paths and developing essential skills while cultivating expertise in metro operations.
A total of 25 internship positions are available for undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in relevant departments at domestic public and private universities. The application period runs from December 1 to December 19 of this year. Detailed internship plans and application forms are provided in Attachments 1 and 2. We kindly request your institution’s assistance in disseminating this information to relevant departments and encouraging eligible students to apply.
