一、活動目的
為強化徵才博覽會之宣傳效果與現場視覺設計,透過競賽徵集具創意之海報與布景作品,提升活動吸引力,並提供學生發揮與實作的機會。
二、活動主題(含活動基本資訊)
「慈濟大學校園徵才博覽會─AI世代 職夢踏實」
時間:115/03/27(五)11:00-15:20
地點:本校介仁校區體育館
主辦單位:(放LOGO)勞動部勞動力發展署北基宜花金馬分署
執行單位:(放LOGO)慈濟大學
作品需呈現徵才精神、慈濟大學人文特色與青春活力。
三、參加對象:喜愛設計的全體教職員生
四、徵選日期:即日起至114年12月12日(星期五)17:30前止。
五、徵件類別與規格
海報組:A1直式,JPG+可編輯檔,需含活動基本資訊。
布景組:舞台帆布尺寸:w795×h345 cm(舞台)彩色設計稿,需附尺寸標示。
五、時程規劃
宣傳與徵件: 11/20至 12/12
初審與入圍公告:12/15-12/19
校內人氣投票:12/22至 12/26
得獎公告:12/31
六、評審標準
主題呈現 30%、創意 30%、設計稿親和力30%、人氣投票 10%。
七、獎勵方式
海報組:金獎3,000 /銀獎 2,000 /銅獎 1,000
TRUSS布景組:最佳設計獎 5,000(作品將實際製作展示)
八、作品著作權相關規定及附註:
1.參選作品恕不退件,請著作人自行備份檔案。
2.參選作品以未曾公開發表者為限。
3.參選作品應具原創性,不得抄襲、模仿、或剽竊他人之作品。若有涉及相關著作權法律責任及侵害第三人權利時,悉由著作人自負法律責任,概與主辦單位無關。若經發現有上述情形,除取消其得獎資格,追繳回獎金。
4.可運用AI協同創作,但需為原創,不得抄襲;著作財產權授權主辦單位使用於宣傳與活動;入選作品須配合修改。
5.若因為參選作品水準不足,優勝作品得從缺。本活動相關規範或有未盡事宜,本校保有更改權利或另行公告補充之。
九、作品繳交方式:
1.電子檔繳交至中央校區學務處生涯發展中心
2.請於上班期間週一至週五上午8時至下午5時30分,逾期不予受理。

To enhance the promotional impact and on-site visual design of the job fair, this competition seeks creative poster and backdrop designs. This initiative aims to boost event appeal while providing students with opportunities for creative expression and practical application.
II. Event Theme (Including Basic Information)
“Tzu Chi University Campus Job Fair: AI Era, Realizing Career Dreams”
Date: March 27, 2026 (Friday), 11:00 AM - 3:20 PM
Venue: Gymnasium, Jie Ren Campus
Organizer: (Insert Logo) Northern Taiwan, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, Kinmen, and Matsu Branch, Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor
Executive Unit: (Insert Logo) Tzu Chi University
Entries must embody the spirit of recruitment, Tzu Chi University‵s humanistic characteristics, and youthful vitality.
III. Eligibility: All faculty, staff, and students with an interest in design
IV. Submission Deadline: Extended from the original date to 5:30 PM on Friday, December 12, 2025.
V. Submission Categories & Specifications
Poster Category: A1 portrait format, JPG + editable file, must include basic event information.
Backdrop Category: Stage canvas dimensions: w795×h345 cm (stage), full-color design draft with dimension labels.
V. Timeline
Promotion & Submission: Nov 20 to Dec 12
Preliminary Judging & Finalist Announcement: Dec 15–19
On-Campus Popular Vote: Dec 22–26
Winner Announcement: Dec 31
VI. Judging Criteria
Theme Presentation: 30%, Creativity: 30%, Design Approachability: 30%, Popular Vote: 10%.
VII. Awards
Poster Category: Gold Award 3,000 / Silver Award 2,000 / Bronze Award 1,000
TRUSS Set Design Category: Best Design Award 5,000 (Winning design will be physically constructed and displayed)
VIII. Copyright Regulations and Notes:
1. Submitted works will not be returned. Authors must retain their own copies.
2. Submitted works must be unpublished.
3. Entries must be original and may not plagiarize, imitate, or appropriate others‵ work. Creators bear full legal responsibility for any copyright infringement or third-party rights violations. The organizer shall not be held liable. Disqualified entries will forfeit prizes and refunds.
4. AI-assisted creation is permitted, but the work must remain original and free from plagiarism. Copyright ownership shall be authorized to the organizing unit for promotional and event use. Selected works must be modified as required.
5. If the standard of submitted entries is insufficient, awards may be withheld. The university reserves the right to amend these regulations or issue supplementary announcements as necessary.
IX. Submission Method:
1. Submit electronic files to the Career Development Center, Office of Student Affairs, Central Campus.
2. Submissions must be made during office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
