立榮航空2026年一年期實習生進用需求如附件1及附件2
*全實習期間(2026.07至2027.07)須符合在校生資格。
作業說明如下：
*享有勞、職、健保，值勤時遇用餐時段提供團膳或膳食補助；另實習期間不提供住宿。
報名方式：
彙整下列1~5資料掃描成PDF檔，統一由學校以MAIL方式報名，恕不接受學生個人送件，無須寄送實體表單，一位學生 1 個 PDF 檔案，每位學生檔案務必壓縮在2MB以下，檔名為學校-科系-姓名。
(1)實習人員資料表 (請參考附檔三，須由學生手寫完成並簽名；請勿附上非要求之履歷資料)。
(2)個人資料使用同意書(請參考附檔三，須由學生親筆簽名)。
(3)身分證正、反面影本 (請以A4直式格式，正、反面印於同一面)。
(4)英檢成績單。
(5)歷年成績單(須蓋學校章)。
@甄試時間：1月中起陸續安排面試，通過資格審核者將另行通知學校。
@注意事項：
(1)實習期間無法回學校修課，尚有課程修習需求之同學請勿報名。
(2)實習期間須依排定班表出勤，已有國內外交流活動安排之同學請勿報名。
(3)長榮航空、立榮航空實習甄選請擇一報名。

欲報名同學請注意，因需要統一由學校窗口報名，故校內報名截止日會提早至2025年12月19日下午5:00前，並將報名資料寄至ss192@gms.tcu.edu.tw，陳怡孝組員，並來電分機11128確認資料是否已寄達。
The recruitment requirements for one-year interns at TransAsia Airways in 2026 are detailed in Attachments 1 and 2.
*Applicants must maintain student status throughout the entire internship period (July 2026 to July 2027).*
**Internship Benefits:**
- Coverage under labor, occupational, and health insurance.
- Meal subsidies or group meals provided during duty hours when meals are scheduled.
- No accommodation is provided during the internship period.
**Application Procedure:**
Please compile the following documents (1 to 5) into a single PDF file and submit it via email from the university’s official account. Individual submissions from students will not be accepted. Hard copies are not required. Each student must submit one PDF file, ensuring the file size does not exceed 2MB. The file name should follow the format: [School]-[Department]-[Name].
1. **Intern Information Form** (refer to Attachment 3; must be handwritten and signed by the student; do not include additional resume materials).
2. **Consent Form for Personal Data Usage** (refer to Attachment 3; must be signed in person by the student).
3. **Copy of both sides of the National ID card** (printed vertically on A4 paper, front and back on the same page).
4. **English Proficiency Test Score Report**.
5. **Transcript of Academic Records** (must be stamped by the university).
@ **Interview Schedule:** Interviews will commence in mid-January. Candidates who pass the preliminary screening will be notified by their respective schools separately.
@ **Important Notes:**
1. Interns will not be permitted to enroll in courses during the internship period; students with course enrollment needs should not apply.
2. Interns must adhere to scheduled shifts; students with planned domestic or international exchange activities should not apply.
3. Please apply for either TransAsia Airways or EVA Air internships, but not both.

Students wishing to apply should note that, as applications must be submitted collectively through the university’s designated office, the internal application deadline has been set earlier: all applications must be submitted by **5:00 PM on December 19, 2025**, and sent to ss192@gms.tcu.edu.tw, attn: Ms. Chen Yi-Hsiao (ext. 11128). Please call to confirm receipt of your submission.
