一、各單位如需提出114學年度第1學期獎勵或懲處建議，請務必依下列程序提出，以免造
成同學權益受損。
(一)依本校「學生獎懲建議」，本學期起已系統化，請師長上「慈濟大學校務資訊」>學務處>生活輔導組>學生獎懲申請系統>申請學生獎懲
(二)受理時間：即日起114年12月30日（週二）前提出申請，逾期本學期不受理。

1. If any unit needs to submit recommendations for awards or penalties for the 114th academic year, 1st semester, please be sure to follow the procedures below to avoid affecting students’ rights and interests.
(1) According to the university’s “Student Award and Penalty Recommendations,” the process has been systematized starting this semester. Teachers are requested to go to Tzu Chi University Administrative Information System > Office of Student Affairs > Office of Student Life > Student Award/Penalty Application System > Submit Award/Penalty Application.
(2) Application period: From now until December 30, 2025 (Tuesday). Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted for this semester.
