1.依據本校「慈濟大學學生班會組織與自治幹部辦法」請各班在班會課時間選出114學年下學期的班級幹部。
2.各班請於114年12月31日(星期三)前繳交新任幹部名單。
(1)請各班班代(中央與介仁校區班代)給予名單電子檔(如附件),e-mail至cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw即可。主旨請打「繳交114學年下學期班級幹部名單」
(2)建國校區部分請導師協助給予名單,e-mail至cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw,建國校區另有增設風紀股長。
(3)實習的班級可以只選出班代,依班上需求調整即可。

Each class must submit the list of newly elected officers by December 31, 2025 (Wednesday).
(1) Class representatives (Central Campus and Jieren Campus) should submit the electronic file of the list (see attachment) by emailing it to cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw
. Please use the subject line: “Submission of Class Officer List for the 2025 Second Semester.”
(2) For the Jianguo Campus, homeroom teachers are asked to assist in submitting the list via email to cagalli@gms.tcu.edu.tw
. Please note that Jianguo Campus also includes an additional Discipline Officer position.
(3) Internship classes only need to elect a class representative; other positions may be adjusted according to class needs.
