一、旨揭課程將介紹經濟動物起源、育種、飼養、營養管理、福祉、動物性蛋白質、肉品加工等之概念與知識。共分為6個子課程包括「農場動物憶當年」、「農場動物星光選秀」、「農場動物培訓營」、「農場動物讀心術與友善飼養」、「微觀下的農場動物」、「畜產品食在好健康」。
二、本課程修課免費且可採認環境教育時數,敬請至「教育部edu磨課師+平台」搜尋「畜產品與它的產地」可立即註冊修課,平台網址:https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/。
三、開課期間:自即日起至114年12月31日止。
四、本次課程為「大學聯盟深化數位學習推展與創新應用計畫」醫農藝工聯盟所規劃之「華麗變身:農畜產品的生產與加工」系列課程。 ANNOUNCEMENT
I. The course aims to introduce concepts and knowledge regarding the origins, breeding, feeding, nutritional management, animal welfare, animal protein sources, and meat processing of economically important animals. The course is divided into six modules: "Farm Animals Through the Years," "Farm Animal Star Search," "Farm Animal Training Camp," "Mind Reading and Humane Rearing of Farm Animals," "Farm Animals Under the Microscope," and "Healthy Enjoyment of Livestock Products."
II. Participation in this course is free of charge and qualifies for recognition as environmental education hours. Please visit the "Ministry of Education edu+ MOOCs Platform" and search for "Livestock Products and Their Origins" to register immediately. Platform URL: https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/
III. Course Duration: From today until December 31, 2025.
IV. This course is part of the "Transformation: Production and Processing of Agricultural and Livestock Products" series, organized by the Medical, Agricultural, Arts, and Engineering Alliance under the "Deepening Digital Learning Promotion and Innovative Application Program for University Alliances."
