**Announcement**
The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) is pleased to announce a joint call for proposals for the 2026 Taiwan-Lithuania (NSTC-LMT) Bilateral Agreement International Collaborative Research Program, in collaboration with the Lithuanian Research Council (LMT). Applications will be accepted starting from January 5, 2026. All proposals must be submitted to this office by March 9, 2026. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
