一、依交通部民用航空局114年11月25日遙字第1145029745號函辦理。
二、為避免師生因不諳民航法規及操作疏忽，致誤闖禁、限航區及機場四周等限制區域，而發生危及飛航安全之情事，該局已於官網設置「無人機專區」（網址：https://www.caa.gov.tw/article.aspx?a=188&lang=1）公告最新法規宣導內容，並另行製作無人機相關宣導資料供參（含註冊、操作證測驗、操作限制說明、機場四周及地方公告紅區禁止飛行、圖資宣導及學校教學注意事項），請貴校向教職員工生加強宣導，俾利共同維護飛航安全。
三、檢附交通部民用航空局函文及宣導海報各1份（如附件）。
**Announcement Regarding the Promotion of Drone Safety Regulations**
I. This notice is issued in accordance with the letter No. 1145029745 dated November 25, 2025, from the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA), Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
II. To prevent incidents that may endanger flight safety due to unfamiliarity with civil aviation regulations or operational errors, such as inadvertent entry into restricted or prohibited airspace and areas surrounding airports, the CAA has established a "Drone Zone" on its official website (https://www.caa.gov.tw/article.aspx?a=188&lang=1) to announce the latest regulatory guidelines. Additionally, the CAA has prepared promotional materials related to drones for reference, including information on registration, operator certification examinations, operational restrictions, prohibited flight zones near airports and local red zones, map-based guidance, and teaching considerations for schools. We kindly request your institution to strengthen awareness among faculty, staff, and students to collectively ensure flight safety.
III. Attached are one copy of the CAA’s official letter and one promotional poster (see attachments).
