一、校申請收件時間為114年12月29日(一)PM5:00止。有意申請者，請務必詳閱相關規定，於校申請期限前至國科會網站完成線上申請作業及線上簽署國科會「計畫主持人及共同(協同)主持人利益迴避聲明書」，逾期或未繳交者恕不受理。
二、若由合作企業提供設備供計畫執行使用並申請作為配合款出資比者，申請人應及早備妥相關文件，並請於本校截止日前，依校內行政流程完成簽報，核准後連同其他相關申請資料一併上傳。
三、相關申請事宜及注意事項詳附件計畫徵求公告，於國科會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw/)之動態資訊/計畫徵求專區公告，亦可下載。

**Announcement: Application Guidelines for NSTC Research Projects**
1. The deadline for submission of applications to the university is 5:00 PM on Monday, December 29, 2025. Applicants are required to carefully review all relevant regulations and complete the online application process on the NSTC website, including the online signing of the "Statement of Conflict of Interest for Principal Investigators and Co-Investigators" by the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
2. If equipment provided by a collaborating enterprise is to be used in the project and applied for as matching funds, applicants must prepare all necessary documents in advance. These documents should be submitted through the university’s internal administrative process before the university’s deadline. After approval, all required application materials should be uploaded together.
3. For detailed application procedures and additional information, please refer to the attached "Call for Proposals" announcement, which is published on the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw/) under the "Dynamic Information / Call for Proposals" section. The document can also be downloaded from this location.
