1.114學年度校務發展特色執行進度報告已排定於 12/9、12/16 進行報告，相關單位之報告順序如附件。
2.本次報告事項包含(1)114學年度第一季執行報告(2)延續至115學年重大經費(含設備)(3)指定說明項目(會計長另行與單位主管確認)，報告資料及簡報請於12/5及12/12先行繳交預算組育萱同仁。
3.除以校務發展特色方案執行系統匯出彙整外，敬請依114學年預算報告模式以簡報方式進行報告。
4.有需114學年預算會議記錄，請與韻如聯絡，另行提供給單位參考，其他未盡事宜，敬請見諒並可與韻如及預算組同仁討論修正。
1. The progress report for the 114 academic year’s institutional development initiatives has been scheduled for December 9 and December 16. The presentation order for relevant units is detailed in the attached document.
2. This report will cover the following items:
(1) The first-quarter implementation report for the 114 academic year
(2) Major funding items (including equipment) that will continue into the 115 academic year
(3) Designated explanation items (to be confirmed by the Chief Accountant with unit supervisors).
Please submit your report materials and presentation slides to Ms. Yu-Xuan of the Budget Section by December 5 and December 12, respectively.
3. In addition to consolidating data from the Institutional Development Initiative Implementation System, kindly prepare your reports in accordance with the 114 academic year budget reporting format using a presentation format.
4. For any required records from the 114 academic year budget meetings, please contact Yun-Ru, who will provide them for your reference. For any other matters not covered above, we kindly ask for your understanding and encourage you to discuss any necessary revisions with Yun-Ru and members of the Budget Section.
