生涯發展中心主任開學前特別拜訪花蓮就業中心，規劃系列職涯講座依不同校區辦理，並且透過提供學生正確完整的職涯資源及找握自身職涯亮點，以利其未來規劃個人優勢職涯目標之參考方向。
本講座由花蓮就業中心督導將勞動部提供青年職涯接軌重要且實用的計畫、方案等資源分享（中央校區及介仁校區已經辦理，報導如下）

Before the start of the semester, the director of the Career Development Center visited the Hualien Employment Center to plan a series of career lectures to be held at different campuses. These lectures aimed to provide students with comprehensive and accurate career resources and help them identify their own career strengths, thus providing guidance for planning their future career goals.
This lecture, presented by a supervisor from the Hualien Employment Center, shared important and practical plans and programs provided by the Ministry of Labor for youth career transitions (already held at the Central Campus and Jieren Campus, as reported below).
Tzu Chi University held a career lecture on October 28th to strengthen students' job search safety and career awareness
Hualien Employment Center, together with the Youth Career Development Center, entered Tzu Chi University to promote resources and explore DISC to help youth transition into the workplace
