一、依本校「學業預警及課後補強輔導辦法」,各授課教師需於本校行事曆第六至十二週上網勾選學業成績不理想之學生。
二、1141學期行事曆預警上網登錄日期為:114年10月13日至114年11月29日。敬請各授課教師於114年11月29日前上校務系統勾選名單(教務處→期中預警→教師服務系統)。
三、預警登錄系統將於114年11月29日當日23:59關閉,逾期無法受理。預計114年12月3日將學業預警學生名單通知相關單位;以利後續(輔導)作業。
※若課程無需預警,亦請進系統登錄勾選“本課程不需預警”。 I. In accordance with the “Academic Early Warning and Post-Class Support Guidelines” of this university, all instructors are required to select students whose academic performance is unsatisfactory via the online system during the sixth to twelfth weeks of the academic calendar.
II. The online registration period for academic early warning in the 1141 semester is from October 13, 2025, to November 29, 2025. All instructors are kindly requested to log in to the university affairs system and select the relevant student names before November 29, 2025 (Academic Affairs Office → Mid-term Early Warning → Faculty Service System).
III. The early warning registration system will close at 23:59 on November
29, 2025. Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted. The list of students identified for academic early warning is expected to be notified to relevant units by December 3, 2025, to facilitate subsequent (counseling) procedures.
※If a course does not require an early warning, please also log in to the system and select. ”This course does not require an early warning.” |
