我們誠摯邀請您參與 「個人電腦惡意活動檢視」 ——
這是一場結合 專業檢測 與 安全教育 的活動，透過檢視與分析，幫助您：
🔐 守護個人隱私：發現潛在的惡意程式或異常行為
⚡ 提升電腦效能：排除隱藏的資安風險，讓系統更穩定
📚 增進資安知識：學習如何辨識並防範未來威脅
活動日期訂於2025年12月2日(星期二)由漢晰科技專業資安人員到個人電腦進行檢測(檢測期間會在您電腦安裝代理程式以利資料收集判斷，結束後會移除代理程式，對個人電腦不會有任何的影響)。
由於名額有限(計畫31台個人電腦)，將依本表單的報名順序及重要業務單位（人事室、註冊組、會計室、衛生保健組及學生諮商中心）優先安排檢視，未安排到的同仁將優先納入明年度的資安健診名單。

Dear Colleagues,
In the digital era, computers are not only indispensable tools for work and daily life, but also the first line of defense for information security. Have you ever wondered if there might be hidden malicious activities lurking behind your screen?
We sincerely invite you to participate in the "Personal Computer Malicious Activity Review" — an event that combines professional security assessment with cybersecurity education. Through this review and analysis, we aim to help you:
- Protect personal privacy: Identify potential malicious software or abnormal activities
- Enhance computer performance: Eliminate hidden security risks to ensure system stability
- Improve cybersecurity knowledge: Learn how to recognize and prevent future threats
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Professional cybersecurity personnel from Hanxi Technology will conduct on-site reviews of your personal computers. During the assessment, an agent program will be temporarily installed on your computer to facilitate data collection and analysis. This program will be removed after the review, and it will not affect your computer in any way.
Due to limited capacity (31 personal computers planned), arrangements will be made according to the order of registration on this form, with priority given to key administrative units (Personnel Office, Registration Section, Accounting Office, Health and Wellness Section, and Student Counseling Center). Colleagues who are not scheduled this time will be prioritized for inclusion in next year's cybersecurity health check list.
