為因應場地實際使用與管理需求，修訂「慈濟大學場地收費標準表」，調整重點如下：
一、一般教室收費調整：
1.設備使用費由每時段新臺幣200元調整為500元。
2.校外單位使用費由200元調整為300元。
3.校內補助或合辦單位使用費由100元調整為150元。
二、人力支援費調整：
假日人力支援費由每人每四小時1,000元調整為1,200元。
三、中央校區修訂內容：
1.增列大愛樓演藝廳及第一、第二、第三教學研討室之校外單位場地使用費。
2.原「中庭場地」修正為「圖書館中庭」，配合現行場地借用系統使用名稱。
3.增列中央福田樓一樓用餐區場地，並比照一般教室計費方式收費。
四、建國校區修訂內容：
1.刪除「建國－智耕樓018教室」之收費項目，改由經管系自訂收費原則。
2.協力樓國議廳設備使用費由每時段新臺幣1,800元調整為2,000元。
五、預計於114學年第2學期(115.02.01)開始實施，115/02/01起依此標準核算金額收費。
To meet the actual needs of venue usage and management, the Tzu Chi University Venue Rental Fee Schedule has been revised. The key adjustments are as follows:
1. Adjustments to General Classroom Fees
Equipment usage fee has been adjusted from NT$200 per session to NT$500 per session.
Venue rental fee for external organizations has been adjusted from NT$200 to NT$300.
Venue rental fee for university-subsidized or co-organized units has been adjusted from NT$100 to NT$150.
2. Adjustment to Manpower Support Fee
Holiday manpower support fee has been adjusted from NT$1,000 per person per 4 hours to NT$1,200.
3. Revisions for the Main (Central) Campus
Venue rental fees for external organizations have been added for Da-Ai Building Performing Arts Hall and the First, Second, and Third Teaching Seminar Rooms.
The former “Atrium Venue” has been renamed to “Library Atrium” to align with the current venue reservation system.
The Futian Building 1F Dining Area has been added as a rentable venue and will follow the same fee calculation method as general classrooms.
4. Revisions for the Jianguo Campus
The fee item for Jianguo – Zhigeng Building Room 018 has been removed; charges will follow the Department of Business Management’s own fee guidelines.
The equipment usage fee for the Xieli Building Lecture Hall has been adjusted from NT$1,800 per session to NT$2,000.
5. Implementation Date
The revised fee schedule is planned to take effect in the second semester of Academic Year 114 (starting February 1, 2026).
All charges applied on or after February 1, 2026 will follow this updated standard.
