慈濟大學選舉委員會 公告
宗旨：慈濟大學第十九屆學生議會補選
發文日期：中華民國114年11月24日
因前一次11/5公告學生議員選舉後，候選人數量低於最低門檻，經議會決議後，即日起將開始進行學生議員補選。
依據：慈濟大學學生會正副會長暨學生議員選舉罷免辦法第六條及第八條
凡本會會員得向選委會登記為學生會會長及學生議員候選人，其資格如下：
(一)德育成績（操行成績）須在七十五分以上。
(二)前一學期學業成績平均達 60 分（含）以上者。
(三)辦理選舉事務人員則不得申請登記為候選人。
(四)若候選人為應屆畢業生必須向選委會提出繼續修業證明。
(五)其身分為非五專部一年級新生及應屆畢業生。
候選人應由下列兩種方式之一，聯名登記產生：
(一)系學會遴選推薦：由系學會依公開、公平、公正之原則遴選推薦。
(二)連署推薦：由會員五十人以上連署推薦，且連署時依自由意志原則親自簽章以示負責。(如附件1)
公告事項：
一、申請登記期間：114年11月24日上午8時至12月7日晚上12時止
二、申請登記方法：
請備齊應繳交之資料於登記期限前電郵至選舉委員會負責人信箱：

（一）候選人報名表 共1份 (如附件2)
（二）學生議會議員候選人上學期成績單之掃描pdf檔或ican系統截圖 共1份
選舉排程：
候選人報名：民國114年11月24日(星期一)上午8時至民國114年12月7日(星期日)晚上12時止
資格審查、補件：民國114年12月8日（星期一）上午8時至民國114年12月11日（星期日）晚上12時止
候選人政見宣傳期：民國114年12月8日(星期一)上午8時至民國114年12月11日(星期四)晚上 12時止
投票日期：民國114年12月12日(星期五)上午8時至下午5時30分止
投票方式： 以校務系統線上投票
開票日：民國114年12月13日(星期六)下午6時
公布當選議員名單：2025/12/15(星期一)
Tzu Chi University Election Committee
Announcement
**Purpose:** Supplementary Election for the 19th Session of the Tzu Chi University Student Council
**Date of Issuance:** November 24, 2025
Due to the insufficient number of candidates in the previous student council election announced on November 5, and following a resolution by the council, a supplementary election for student council members will commence immediately.
**Basis:** Article 6 and Article 8 of the "Regulations for the Election and Recall of the President and Vice President of the Student Union and Student Council Members" of Tzu Chi University.
Any member of this committee may register as a candidate for president or member of the student union, provided they meet the following qualifications:
1. Moral education score (conduct score) must be above 75 points.
2. Academic performance average for the previous semester must be at least 60 points (inclusive).
3. Individuals involved in election administration are not eligible to register as candidates.
4. If a candidate is a graduating student, they must submit proof of continued enrollment to the election committee.
5. Candidates must not be first-year students in the five-year vocational program or graduating students.
Candidates must be nominated through one of the following methods:
1. **Departmental Recommendation:** Nominated by departmental associations in accordance with principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality.
2. **Petition Recommendation:** Supported by signatures from at least fifty members, with each signature affixed voluntarily to demonstrate responsibility (see Attachment 1).
**Announcement Details:**
1. **Registration Period:** From 8:00 AM on November 24, 2025, to 12:00 AM on December 7, 2025.
2. **Registration Method:** Please prepare all required documents and email them to the Election Committee Chairperson’s inbox before the deadline:
- Election Committee Chairperson: 111811115@gms.tcu.edu.tw (Chang Qi?, Department of Child and Family Studies)
3. **Required Documents and Number of Copies:**
- Candidate Application Form: 1 copy (see Attachment 2)
- Scanned PDF or screenshot from the iCan system of last semester’s academic transcript for student council member candidates: 1 copy
**Election Schedule:**
- **Candidate Registration:** From 8:00 AM on Monday, November 24, 2025, to 12:00 AM on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
- **Qualification Review and Document Submission:** From 8:00 AM on Monday, December 8, 2025, to 12:00 AM on Sunday, December 11, 2025.
- **Candidate Policy Promotion Period:** From 8:00 AM on Monday, December 8, 2025, to 12:00 AM on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
- **Voting Date:** From 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Friday, December 12, 2025.
- **Voting Method:** Online voting via the university system.
- **Vote Counting Day:** At 6:00 PM on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
- **Announcement of Elected Council Members:** Monday, December 15, 2025
