 主  旨  提醒 - 100萬元(含)以上儀器設備採購案件於每年12月31日截止收件Reminder: The deadline for submission of procurement cases for instruments and equipment valued at NT$1,000,000 or more is December 31 of each year.
 內  容 
依本校採購管理辦法第四條第四款規定:
配合會計年度結算作業:
1、100萬元(含)以上儀器設備採購案件於每年12月31日截止收件。
2、校外專案補助款於計畫截止核銷前一個月截止收件。
請各單位檢視預算執行情形,於截止期限內申請提單,以免逾期不予受理。

Pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 4 of the Tzu Chi University Procurement Management Regulations:

In accordance with the annual accounting settlement procedures:
1. Procurement cases for instruments and equipment valued at NT$1,000,000 or more will cease to accept applications as of December 31 of each year.
2. Procurement cases funded by external project grants will cease to accept applications one month prior to the deadline for project reimbursement.

Please review the status of your budget execution and submit procurement requests before the respective deadlines. Applications received after the deadlines will not be accepted.
