一、為使15至35歲青年壯遊帶來創新學習、教育價值，也產生認識世界及鄉土的社會文化新意義，培養對這塊土地的熱情與關懷，本署與在地非營利組織及大專校院合作以非營利之方式設置各地青年壯遊點，作為青年認識鄉土、行遍臺灣，隨時可深度學習的入門點；透過青年壯遊點的建置，鼓勵更多青年認識在地特色及故事，辦理青年壯遊點計畫。
二、實驗青年壯遊點申請資格，符合下列資格之一者：
(一)依法設立之非營利組織與國內公私立大專校院皆可提案，惟當年度獲獎補助之青年壯遊點營運單位不得提出申請。
(二)地方（青年）團隊得洽妥依法設立之非營利組織與國內公私立大專校院擔任營運合作單位，由營運合作單位向本署提出申請。
三、申請方式：符合申請資格者應備函將申請資料郵寄或親送本署國際及體驗學習組（100218臺北市徐州路5號14樓壯遊點專案小組收）。
四、申請期間：自公告日起至114年12月22日止（以郵戳為憑）。
五、實踐獎金：每案實踐獎金最高新臺幣15萬元（含稅）。

**Announcement: Call for Proposals for the Youth Grand Tour Pilot Project**
To foster innovative learning and educational value among youth aged 15 to 35, and to cultivate a deeper understanding of both global perspectives and local culture, the Youth Development Agency collaborates with local non-profit organizations and higher education institutions to establish Youth Grand Tour Points across Taiwan. These designated sites serve as accessible entry points for youth to engage in immersive learning experiences, explore their homeland, and develop a passionate commitment to their communities. Through the establishment of these Youth Grand Tour Points, we aim to encourage greater awareness of local characteristics and stories.
**Eligibility for the Pilot Youth Grand Tour Point Application:**
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
1. Legally established non-profit organizations or public/private higher education institutions in Taiwan may submit proposals. However, entities that received funding for Youth Grand Tour Point operations in the current year are not eligible to apply.
2. Local (youth) teams may collaborate with legally established non-profit organizations or higher education institutions as operational partners. The operational partner must submit the application on behalf of the team.
**Application Procedure:**
Qualified applicants are required to submit their application materials by post or in person to the International and Experiential Learning Division, Youth Development Agency (Youth Grand Tour Project Team, 14th Floor, No. 5 Xuzhou Road, Taipei City 100218).
**Application Period:**
Applications will be accepted from the date of this announcement until December 22, 114 (Taiwan calendar year), with the postmark date serving as the official submission date.
**Implementation Grant:**
The maximum grant awarded per project is NT$150,000 (tax-inclusive).
