號函核定，自114年12月1日起接篆視事，耑此奉達，請查照並祈時賜教益。
We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of our university has appointed Professor Yan-Kai Fu as President.
This appointment was officially approved by the Ministry of Education per letter No. 1140112484, dated November 5, 2025. President Fu will assume office on December 1, 2025.
