一、國家科學及技術委員會 115 年度「基因重組及感染性生物材料實驗計畫」提交收件截止日至 114 年 12 月 29 日（星期一）中午 12:00 止。
二、生物安全委員會審查同意書請於 114 年 12 月 30日（星期二）下班前 提供。
三、重要注意事項：
(一) 申請書檔案請至「環安中心－生物安全－基因重組／感染性生物材料實驗」頁面下載使用（114/5/12 版）。
(二) 申請書中「計畫主持人」及「申請人」欄位請務必親自簽名，請勿使用電子簽章。
(三) 若有任何填寫或申請相關問題，請洽環安中心承辦 潘玉瑄（校內分機：11554）。
The submission deadline for the NSTC 2025 “Recombinant DNA and Infectious Biological Materials Research Project” is December 29, 2024 (Monday) at 12:00 noon.
The Biosafety Committee Approval Letter must be submitted by the end of the workday on December 30, 2024 (Tuesday).
Important Notes:
(1) Please download and use the application form (version dated 2024/05/12) from the “Environmental Safety Center → Biosafety → Recombinant DNA / Infectious Biological Materials Experiment” webpage.
(2) Both the Principal Investigator and the Applicant must provide handwritten signatures. Electronic signatures are not accepted.
