各位同仁您好：
為強化全校資通系統之資訊安全管理，確保各資通系統在安全性、完整性及可用性方面均符合規範，依據教育部來文要求，請各系統權責單位依本校 ISMS 資安作業程序完成「資訊系統安全評估」之填寫作業。
各單位業務所屬之資通系統（包含自建系統與委外系統），每年皆需進行一次資訊系統安全等級評估。請各單位指派相關同仁（或由主管指定），依表單內容逐項進行安全等級評估並完成填寫後，送請主管簽核。若有未列於單位清冊內之系統，請洽系統開發組（分機 22583）確認。
系統路徑：
1.校務系統 → 待辦案件(資訊系統安全等級評估)
2.校務系統 → 電算中心 → 系統開發組 →「資訊系統安全等級評估」
請務必於 114 年 11 月 28 日（星期五）前完成填報，以利後續彙整納入高教深耕計畫資安專章說明使用。
本項評估為年度例行性作業，請依實際情況確實填寫。敬請配合，謝謝。

Dear colleagues,
To strengthen the information security management of the university's information and communication systems, and to ensure that all systems meet the requirements for security, integrity, and availability, please complete the "Information System Security Assessment" according to the university's ISMS procedures as required by the Ministry of Education.
Each unit's information and communication systems (including self-developed and outsourced systems) must undergo an annual information system security level assessment. Please assign relevant staff (or as designated by your supervisor) to conduct the assessment item by item and submit it for supervisor approval. If there are any systems not listed in your unit's inventory, please contact the System Development Team (ext. 22583) for confirmation.

Please complete the submission by November 28, 114 (Friday), to facilitate subsequent consolidation for inclusion in the Higher Education Deepening Plan's information security section.
This assessment is an annual routine task; please fill it out accurately based on actual circumstances. Thank you for your cooperation.
